General Bonus Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Pre-match bets placed after an event has started will be considered invalid and voided.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 23hbajee reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will generally be considered void and stakes refunded.

Parlay Bet Rules

You can combine multiple selections into a parlay bet. However, if any single selection is incorrect, the entire bet is lost. A maximum of 15 selections can be added to a parlay bet.

23hbajee is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Betting using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Harassment or attempted fraud against other members.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

23hbajee members may close their account at any time. In addition, 23hbajee reserves the right to suspend or close an account under certain circumstances.

Account Closure by Member

• Submit an account closure request by emailing our support team.
• Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
• Your account will be closed once all pending bets have been settled.

• In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• Registering with false information.
• Due to legal obligations.

• Bets or data lost due to internet disconnection.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Financial losses from betting — betting always carries risk.
